BBQ Pitmasters, on TLC, is back for its second season with a whole new format. The show, a reality adventure in barbeque competition cooking, will now feature head-to-head competition between the teams for a final grand prize. Season Two premieres on
Thursday August 12 at
10 p.m. EST. The hosts include Kevin Roberts from Food Network's
The Next Food Network Star and Art Smith, past personal chef to Oprah Winfrey. It's certainly great to see BBQ competitions getting publicity on TV and the food always looks amazingly delicious. Only problem, its impossible to watch without wanting some BBQ that instant. Keep BBQ handy while watching.
